Get ready to pucker up. This sour IPA is brewed with Cascade, Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro hops. Kettle-soured, this IPA is fermented with high temp Kevik yeast giving off esters of stone fruit.  Suck It, Trebek has notes of citrus and pine with floral undertones and a slightly bitter profile.
