Our 2nd Annual Ball Drop Series for New Year’s Eve Special Release was a Saison this year.  Chosen due to the French translation of “Season”, as we look to ring in a New Year and New Season with this one.  Fruity and Spiciness come from the yeast and we do offer a very limited release that were bottle conditioned to allow those yeasty characteristics to keep changing and maintain that higher level of carbonation.  This beer was great to cheers at the Ball Drop ending 2019 and entering 2020, but will be great to crack a bottle open in a year to compare the changes the New Year has brought.
