Ivanhoe Park Brewing Co. wins another Gold Medal with Park Hopper Pilsner

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ORLANDO, Fla. (March 8, 2020) – Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company, an independent craft brewery and tasting room in Orlando, Fla. entered Park Hopper Pilsner into the Best Florida Beer competition and received a gold medal on Sunday at the Brewer’s Ball that kicks off Tampa Bay Beer Week with the Florida Brewer’s Guild.  This adds to their gold medal for Tupac ShaPorter last year.

The Best Florida Beer competition is the most competitive and overall attended event for all breweries in the state. There were over 900 entries into the competition, with only gold, silver, and bronze placings in each category.  Ivanhoe Park Brewing just canned this gold medal winning beer, in 4-pack 16 oz cans, as well as a Double Dry Hopped version that are now available in the Tasting Room.

Located in Ivanhoe Village, one of Orlando’s Main Street districts, the brewery has been in operation since June 2018. Taking home a gold medal is a great indication of what is to come and can be a good gauge of what can happen at the Great American Beer Festival, which is a competition at the national level, coming up in October in Denver, Co.
