Francheska will bring menus for the market and the bar, advertising these food and drink offerings that are nicknamed for the event:

• “Suchwita” Citra Blonde Ale 
• Park Hopp’r Pilsner will be called the “Haegeum” Pilsner
• The Schmitt Sohne Sweet Riesling will be called “Suga” for the event
• The Chimaek special is a draft beer of choice plus an order of 8 wings tossed in one sauce – Buffalo, Hot Honey, Sweet Thai Chili, Teriyaki, Honey Mango Habanero, Garlic Datil, or Garlic Parmesan – served with a side of Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing; for $19; will need a POS button or a comp for this

Some attendees pre-purchase a drink with their market package and Francheska will give them a drink ticket to redeem at the bar. That way we can track the number used and know to charge the happy hour price of $6.35 (inclusive of tax) to her tab. She can distribute as many tickets as she wants. A 25% service charge will be added to your tab at closeout.
